UK POSTAGE & PACKING

The standard rate for UK mainland (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) is £4.95 for a 48-hour tracked service. Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery to the UK mainland.

The first-class rate for UK mainland (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) is £5.95 for a 24-hour tracked service.

Please note, orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Once you've ordered, we'll send a confirmation email to notify you that your order is ready for collection.

You'll then be able to collect your order on the next working day...

Collection days: Monday to Saturday

Collection hours: Between 10.00am and 5.00pm

EUROPEAN AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

European standard delivery is £10.00

U.S.A. and the Rest of the World standard shipping is £22.00

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receiving payment.

Our primary delivery method is Royal Mail. Occasionally, we use DPD courier service, which may take a bit longer.

Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

You must then return the goods, within 14 days for a replacement & postage refund.

SECURITY

We do not store account numbers.

We will hold information in accordance with The Data Protection Act (1998), & this information will not be used for any other purpose.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event of a complaint of any Oleo products, in the first instance contact us directly. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
